Radio Fragments - Sillyness and Electronics

by Jeff on Mar.16, 2011,under Weekly Show

I was in an odd kind of mood tonight. There's a lot of great electronic music -- including a little something put together by a member of the Edmonds Community College Electronic Music club in 1984 (oh, don't tell me I can't or won't go obscure) -- and there's lots of strange cover versions. Ukulele version of a Replacements song? The Ramones performed by a silly brass band? Kraftwerk done as a Merengue? How about all three, and then a lot more.

The show is available from the streaming archive, or you can download the podcast/mp3 version by hour (below).
