Life In Fragments - 26 Weeks

by Jeff on Jun.08, 2010,under Welcome, News, Weekly Show, Specialty Show

26 weeks. One half a year. It honestly doesn't seem that long. I love coming in late, the studio is quiet and dark, and I get to play my favorite music for my favorite people -- anonymous radio listeners and internet denizens.

To celebrate this milestone, I am revisiting some of my favorite tunes from the first 5 months or so. You might call it a cop-out -- in which case you've got a real attitude problem, Mister. I've done 25 shows without repeats, that's 50 hours of music. Give me a break. Sheesh, you anonymous types are rough!

And of course, this is a pledge week at KBCS. So, if you listen to this show on the internet, please take a moment and think about the value you get out of this show and consider a small donation to the people who make it possible. Go to kbcs.fm and click the 'donate now' link. Any and all donations are valued. May I suggest $50? That's less than a dollar per show, less than 50 cents per hour. What, is my time not worth 50 measly cents an hour? Wow, you guys really are tough.

Next week, more great new tunes, and 100% less begging for money.

The show is available from the streaming archive, or you can download the podcast/mp3 version by hour (below).
