Radio Fragments - Year End 2009
by Jeff on Dec.31, 2009,under News, Weekly Show
Wow, it seems like only two weeks ago that Radio Fragments went on the air... oh wait. Huh. Well, regardless, there's a strange thing that happens at the end of arbitrary periods of time, a certain nostalgia that creeps in, so this week's RF includes some of my favorites from 2009 (The Slew, Timber Timbre, Au Revoire Simone, The XX) plus some great oldies...and let's not forget Ms. Dinah Washington almost bringing down the wrath of the 'won't someone think of the children' crowd. You'll find out more, including my definition of a musical trifecta, on this week's show.
